Open-source multi-agent research orchestrator built in TypeScript, framework-free (no LangChain) for full control over orchestration and memory. A typed message bus and an OrchestratorAgent with fan-out/fan-in coordinate specialist agents for web search, data analysis and synthesis. Two-tier memory: token-aware in-session compression plus cross-session persistence, with semantic vector search (Chroma) in progress.

Forest Guard

🏆 Grand Prize, Microsoft Student Hackathon 2021 Real-time IoT + ML system for early detection of illegal logging and forest fires, built in one week. Ground-sensor audio is converted into spectrograms and analysed with Azure Cognitive Services to detect chainsaw, machinery and fire signatures, with real-time alerts surfaced through Power BI.

University capstone project solving a real Kenyan-market problem: eliminating slow, cash-based toll stops with contactless RFID payment. Built end-to-end, from Raspberry Pi RFID hardware to an admin web dashboard and a driver mobile app with M-Pesa top-ups and live incident reporting.

KodiPay

Automated rent tracking system that removes manual reconciliation. Integrates with M-Pesa through the Daraja API to auto-detect tenant payments and sync records in real time, with reporting in Google Sheets.

This is an application that displays movies from the YTS database and the user can initiate a download from the mobile client or web client which then downloads the movie to my raspberry pi and sends the progress status back to the app.
